How often do you do your health check? Once a year ? Hmmm….. I have few male friends in the middle age and they say ‘never….’, or ‘what for if I feel ok…’. 🙂
Wrong! We should do a blood, urine, and dental tests every year! I check also my blood pressure twice a year and do smear test every three years. So what are you waiting for….let start our healthy ‘Spring Cleaning…’!
Have you noticed that long winter, lack of sun made you tired ? Me too… I need to boost the energy level like I do every year. Let start with detox. Our body will send us a signals of toxicity :
- weight gain,
- acne,
- fatigue,
- pain and aches,
- headaches,
- digestive issues…
If our goal is to detox, just give up processed, high-fat and sugary foods.
Our body is an expert of getting rid of toxin, we just need to look after our liver, kidney, blood, lymph, pancreas, gallbladder, intestine, skin…
Fruits-lemons, oranges, limes, raw green vegetables, garlic, seeds and nuts (if you are not allergic), omega-3 oils…..cold-hot showers, exercises, dance and sweat….sweat….:)
I do not need a extra time for that…it came from homegrown routines which I want to share with you! 😀
