Whats a wonderful time to spend some time with Family and Friends!
It is also good time to make some changes in my routine and habits. Spring gives me positive energy and opportunity to make something better for my well-being.
Yesterday, it was a day when I was doing Easter shopping. Three bags full of necessary products to make an Easter Sunday special. My decision was to carry all these bags home…it should be around 20 min walk home…easy!Only 10kg!:) I decided to take shorter way home from the place I was for the first time. I set up navigation on my phone not to get lost…and you know what… after 10 min. my battery gone and I felt like blind person in the middle of nowhere!Hmmm….It should not be so far from home, I thought….I live in a small town! 🙂 I carried on walking, trying to figure out where I was…After 30 min. I landed in the strange place near the forest, I decided to walk back to the town centre. Another 30 min. and no sign of main road! Whats a nightmare! My legs and joints started aching! How could be possible? I was carrying only 10 kg. extra than normally when I go for a walk or jogging! And you know what….I started thinking about overweight people! This is a common problem in every country. It is estimated that one in every four adults and one in every five children suffer from obesity! How the extra kilos carried every day can ruin our body and life?! Look what I found!
