Healthy Spiritual Exercise to Boost the Energy-Yoga

Another sunny day and I am at work! Such a waste of vitamin D…” some people might think… but not me!😀

The good thing about my workplace is roof terrace, full of plants, veg and herbs with a lovely view down the river. It gives all employees a little bit of comfort to have ‘picnic lunch’ surrounded by nature. Our management knows how mental health is important for effective work, therefore we have YOGA sessions. It is especially organized for those with less physical activity and very effective to release mental fatigue. Yoga is a spiritual practice involving poses and right breathing that correspond to each chakra. Traditionally, Indians saw the body as containing seven main chakras, arranged vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head.Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel, and these “wheels” were thought of as spinning vortexes of energy.

Each chakra is associated with particular functions within the body and with specific life issues and the way we handle them, both inside ourselves and in our interactions with the world. As centers of force, chakras can be thought of as sites where we receive, absorb, and distribute life energies. Through external situations and internal habits, such as long-held physical tension and limiting self-concepts, a chakra can become either deficient or excessive—and therefore imbalanced. Yoga exercises help to get this balance back.

The other benefits of Yoga exercises are: decrease Stress, relieves anxiety, reduce inflammation, could improve heart health, improves quality of life, may fight depression, can reduce chronic pain, promote sleep quality, improves flexibility and balance, could help improve breathing, may relieve migraines, promotes healthy eating habits, Can increase strength.

I also added natural crystals to help me boost the energy while exercising. Each chakra centre is associated with various crystals Natural Crystals are energetically vibrating with living energy. Crystals are also transmitters of energy, and each crystal, gemstone and rock has a unique vibration of its own.

Crystals will have an effect on the energy field, when placed on or near the body. Crystals and minerals can be used for various healing and energizing purposes such as activating, opening and balancing the chakra centres, as well as for removing energetic blocks or clearing/transmuting energy within the chakras, or even within the surrounding environment.

The energetic affect that a particular crystal can have often depends its particular energy, as well as the energy and intention of the individual who is using it. A crystal or rock can also be “charged up” with energy for a specific healing use or intention.

There are several crystals associated with each one of the seven chakras. These crystals are useful for working with the energy of that particular chakra, but also for healing physical and non-physical issues related to it. Each chakra also corresponds with one of the seven colours of the visible rainbow spectrum, so crystals and gemstones of the same colour as the associated chakra will have more of an effect on the energy.

One way to work with crystal energy is to meditate with them, or use them alongside other spiritual practices (such as affirmations, visualizations, reiki healing, etc.) They can also be worn on the body in the form of jewellery to receive the associated energy.

Crystals may also need to be cleared or charged before using them in order to receive the most benefit. They can be placed in a bowl of salt water or placed in or near direct sunlight for a few hours.
