How to be 50 and still fabulous

Good morning all.

This year is nearly over. It was very different and difficult time for all of us. I hope New Year will bring us brighter days, full of joy and health. Next year I will turn up 50! It will be very challenging, as my resolution is to change my healthy habits to keep my health in shape. I did a lot of researches about healthy needs while my body is ageing. I would like to share some tips with you. 🙂

  1. Collagen: After the age of 20, a person produces about 1 percent less collagen in the skin each year. As a result, skin becomes thinner and more fragile with age. There is also diminished functioning of the sweat and oil glands and less elastin production. Try collagen! 2. Skin Care: I try to avoid long sunbathing. During winter time I take vit. D to keep my immune system and bones strong. For shower and face wash I use natural oils. 3. Every day physical activity: I Love walking, so min. 30 min walk helps to keep up energy level.

4. Balanced diet and proper hydration: It must be!!!!!When we start ageing we need nutrition, vitamins and fibre a lot as our metabolism is slowing down!

5. Every evening proper relax with cup of herbal tea (my cupboard is full of herbs and spices)!

This is my personal way of living happy and healthy! It worked so far!
