
Good afternoon my dearest readers. I hope everyone is well and healthy! I would like to share with you some useful information how to choose right water. Some might start laughing and saying: ‘water taste like water…’ðĪŠ. I used to hate drinking pure water. It was always flavoured water and just 1 glass or 2 per day! It has changed few years ago, when I have noticed my skin was getting dry. I have changed body moisturaiser, but it was just temporary relief. I started reading and analysing my habits. I have realised that I haven’t had a routine of regular drinking water! I set a plan how to achieve that! ð§ 1 glass in the morning on empty stomach, ð§ 1,5 litre spring water during the day, ð§ 1 glass before bath/shower time, ð§ 1 glass before bed time, Why water is so important? Around 60% of our body is made up of water, mainly brain and 90% our blood. Drinking water protect our organs and tissues as blood carry nutrients and oxygen to body cells. Good habit of drinking water in the morning, before bath/shower and after normalising blood pressure. It helps kidneys to remove waste and toxins from blood. It flashes bacteria from our bladder. It also hydrates our skin, so moisturising body lotions wouldn’t be needed. ð You must remember to drink natural spring water! It must be packed with minerals!Always check the level! It is very important as I said water helps to remove waste and toxins. It flushes your body, therefore can not be ‘dead’ like filtered one. Spring water is rich in minerals which helps to re-build the cells. If you wish to do a simple test to check if you are dehydrated /hydrated, just check your urine colour during the day.
