Good sunny day!🌞Spring is in the air!🌤🌾Time to loose spare kilograms gained during the winter!Lockdowns pushed us to sit more at home for a long period!Looking at the statistics, obesity problem is growing up.🤔It is really worrying seeing children and teens being overweight. Is it the quality of food we eat, or our lifestyle changed?

I know, it’s hard to hesitate from good presented ready meals, snacks and sweets, but it is good to think how much harm overeating junk food might do for our body. We do not want to be ill, we want to enjoy our life free of disease and farmaceutical treatment ! Education is very important and it should start in our homes. With access to internet, we are able to find easy make and healthy recipes. Replace crisps, chocolate bars with healthy veggie, or fruit bites. Cut fizzy drinks! Drink plenty of water, kompot. Introduce your children to a variety of healthy food when they are small! I know it might be hard to make such a drastic change, but think about the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle?Obesity is the most visible sign of unhealthy lifestyle. It’s easy to recognise who has got hormonal problems and gained weight, from obesity which is the side effect of overeating! Majority people suffer from lack of self respect for their own health. Before you decide to order another take away, drink can of coca-cola, or eat another pack of crisps think about the consequences: diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, dementia, osteoporosis etc. When you start a treatment it might be to late to make any changes. Always think ahead! I hope this article will be a wake up call for many before it could be to late! Have a strong will and determination!💪🥰
