Beetroot is very popular vegetable. You can love it, or hate it!I love it, because i have learned how to make delicious dishes from it.🙂 You should know that it is packed with essential nutrients to boost your immune system and help to detox. Inorganic nitrates help to improve blood flow, lower blood pressure and improve cells grow and function. 💊Beets are rich in :Folate, Manganese, Copper, Potassium, Magnesium, Vit C and B6 and Iron. Very good source of fiber benefits digestive health. How can you eat beetroots? I do recommend beetroot fresh juice with ginger, lemon juice, pinch of salt and black pepper or chilli flakes. It tastes really good! Just 250ml a day will give you energy booster and help your organs to detox. You might try Beetroot Carpaccio! Just slice cooked beetroot, fresh avocado, spring onion, put on the top favourite slice of parma ham, or feta cheese, cover with favourite green salad. Sprinkle with favourite olive oil mixed with crushed garlic and enjoy your meal!
