Vit B7-Biotin helps your skin, hair, nails look healthy. Great sources of Vit B7 are: bananas, oats, eggs. Vit B9-Folic acid helps body to form healthy red blood cells. Good source of Vit B9 are: broccoli, brussels, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans. It is really recommended before and during pregnancy. Vit B12 helps to make red blood cells, keeping nervous system healthy, helps body to create DNA, nourishes brain. Good sources of Vit B 12 are: meat, fish, cheese, eggs.
