Good Friday lovely readers! I hope everyone is ready for relaxing weekend!🥰 It’s getting cold outside, so time to buy some good books for long evenings. I have got a habit to drink big mug of herbal tea while I’m reading, therefore I decided to share with you few recipes I use to make delicious and healthy hot brew!😁 CHAI tea: black tea, ginger, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Smooth and spicy. Add some milk to make it smooth. It is good for your skin, reduces inflammation, boosts heart health, improves digestion, lower blood pressure. MULLEIN tea: have antiviral and antibacterial properties and help to treat certain respiratory condition. DANDELION tea: supports immune system, acts as a diuretic, good for digestion, helps to protect liver, bones, helps kidneys to filter toxins more effectively, support blood flow. CHAMOMILE tea: treating diabetes and lowering blood sugar, preventing osteoporosis, prevent cells from developing cancer, help with sleep and relaxation. WITCHES brew: mix of thyme, lemon juice, few goji berry, pinch of turmeric, few slices of orange. Boil for 5min and drink with honey. Boost immune system, lower cholesterol and triglycerides, improve blood pressure, high level of antioxidants, prevent fungal and bacterial infections, good for cough.
