Use them as a decor, but try to save some chunks for delicious pumpkin soup!Did you know, that pumpkin is incredibly healthy! It’s rich in antioxidants and nutrients like copper, zinc, magnesium, iron and potassium. It proctect your immune system, promote heart and skin health.

To make a yummy soup for your family and friends you will need: 6x medium chunks of pumpkin (no hard skin!), 2x potato, 1x onion, 2x carrots. Boil vegetables until soft (20min). Add 4x crushed fresh garlic cloves, pinch of ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper. Blend all together to make creamy soup. Add 100ml of coconut milk to make it smooth. Serve with croutons, almond flakes, or just bread and butter. Enjoy!ππππ

Pumpkin Latte! In the mug: 2tsp pumpkin purΓ©e, pinch of ground cinnamon. Start heating almond milk with shot of strong coffee. Add sugar. Pour hot mixture in to the mag. Stir it and drink with pleasure!π₯°
