Good day my lovely readers!πŸ˜Žβ˜€οΈWe are just about to start weekend! It’s our time to charge batteries for next week!πŸͺ«πŸ”‹I keep my weekends active, full of physical tasks! Sitting at the desk for hours demage our posture! I would like to share with you my recent experience with chiropractic. I have had nerve trapped between my left ribs. It was so painful experience that made me think about immediate treatment. I have also felt tingling between my fingers in the left hand. I have booked a visit for acupuncture first. Next step was booking appointment for lymphatic massage and chiropractic treatment. Through the consultation and postural assessment, specialist has registered my current condition and started treatment which took 30min to adjust my neck, spine and joints. I must admit he has worked magic and I felt 20years younger!😁😎 I have been adviced to start doing morning stretching with few exercises to prevent trapped nerve in the future. I will show you in pictures what I do every morning for 10min:

Stretching both sides for 3min each side!😁
Bend forward and keep for few seconds. Sit up!Remember about proper breathing!😁Repeat for 3min
