Traditional Tibetan medical theory connects disease to an imbalance of three bodily ‘humors’ or vital essences: water humor-associated with bodily cohesion and support, fire humor- associated with body heat and digestion, wind humor-associated with breathing and mobility. If the three principles are in balance, both the body and mind are healthy. From the Tibetan point of view, the cause of all diseases is the ignorance. It causes an illusion of separation of the human being from his environment. If you are permanently out of balance in difficult life situations, this can lead to challenge for the organs and body functions. Hence the advice: pay close attention to your weak points. Change your diet and habitsmake your organs stronger. Tibetan medicine offers many recipes how to keep all three humors in balance. My favourite is Tibetan garlic cure. Easy to make and powerful:
Ingredients: 350 grams garlic, 200ml. 70% pure alcohol for internal use. Preparation: Put peeled and crushed raw garlic in a glass jar. Close hermetically and store in the refrigerator. It must rest for 10 days! After 10days filter the liquid using strainer, the mixture should have greenish color. Store in the fridge and let to rest for three more days! Usage: small doses or drops mixed with warm water or milk before the main meal. The cure must be administrated for 10days. It is also important that this cure is only recommended to take once every five years! How to apply drops: Day 1: 1x drop before breakfast, 2x drops before lunch, 3x drops before dinner. Day 2: 4x drops before breakfast, 5x drops before lunch, 6x drop before dinner. Day 3: 7x drops before breakfast, 8x drops before lunch, 9x drops before dinner. Day 4: 10x drops before breakfast , 11x drops before lunch, 12x drops before dinner. Day 5: 13x drops before breakfast, 14x drops before lunch, 15x drops before dinner. Day 6: 15x drops before breakfast, 14x drops before lunch, 13x drops before dinner. Day 7: 12x drops before breakfast, 11x drops before lunch, 10x drops before dinner. Day 8: 9x drops before breakfast, 8x drops before lunch, 7x drops before dinner. Day 9: 6x drops before breakfast, 5x drops before lunch, 4x drops before dinner.
