
Good day everyone! I hope you are doing well and looking forward to start New Year resolutions!😁 I have set up only two! No.1 to be happy, No. 2, to complete 100km Santiago de Compostela walk! I have started intensive training, walking everyday to be fit enough to complete this challenge. My weekends are super intensive! I am on my feet for about 10hours a day! I must admit, in the evening I do feel knee joints pain. This made me think about natural remedies for joints pain. I love relaxing massages in SPA. I know they use warm oils for massaging. It gave me an idea to get some and try at home! I have done some research and found very powerful oils! I would like to share with you as well!🥰

Clove Oil: powerful relieve for the muscles, joints and bony structures. It helps to relieve symptoms of sprains, strains, muscles and joint pain. Use 10drops in to 1tbs of carrier oil (olive oil). Massage through the painful area until you feel pleasant warm. Repeat every day for 30 days.
Camphor Oil: pain relief medicine for joint pain. Mix 15drops of camphor oil with 3tbs carrier oil (olive oil). Massage through painful joint. Repeat every day for 30 days.
Lavender Oil: anti-inflammatory, cell regenerating, pain-relieving feature. Very good option for arthritis. You can either add some drops to your bath, or massage it into the skin.
Ginger Oil: anti-inflammatory properties, reduce swelling, stiffness and inflammation in joints and muscles. Ginger oil not only relieves pain but also helps ease joint movement. For everyday use it has to be mixed with carrier oil (olive oil) to avoid irritation the skin!
Castor Oil: multifunction oil. Ricinoleic acid helps to improve detoxification and hormonal balance. Compress with Castor Oil on the liver side of the belly helps to redece inflammation. Everyday use helps the body rid itself of excess toxins.
