Good Monday lovely readers!π₯°I hope everyone is enjoying sunshine!βοΈI’ve had fantastic, long walk on Sunday. It was through the meadow full of flowers! I was surprised seeing many bees collecting nectar from various flowers. It gave me a hint to write a post about beneficial bee pollen. It is also known as bee bread and ambrosia. It is a ball or pellet of field- gathered pollen packed by worker honeybees, and used as the primary food source for the hive. Bee keepers use special matts to collect bee pollen from bee’s legs. Bee pollen is beneficial superfood! Make sure you are not allergic to pollen! It is not recommended for small children!

π Lower cholesterol,

π Antifungal, immunostimulating agent,
It is very tasty superfood with 250 biologically active substances. It can be added to morning porridge, juice, or yogurt. I use 5 teaspoons a day. Simply soak overnight 5teaspoons of bee pollen with a little of water. Add more warm water in the morning and drink. Make sure your bee pollen is organic! I use spanish one!
I hope you have found something interesting to add to your healthy balanced diet! Make sure you do a lot of activities like a bee!ππ
