I do enjoy morning walks and sun rise.πβοΈπ. What I do not like is feeling cold and catching viruses.
Prevention is the key. I take vit. D and C all year-round. Zinc also helps to strength immunity. As soon as I notice people with colds around me, I take even double doses to get my immunity ready to fight the virus naturally.
Many of us have weak immunity due to ongoing stress, or underlying illnesses. Catching colds viruses can lead to serious infections.
What if we catch a virus? Many of us go straight up to the pharmacy. I try natural remedies first! I double vit.D and C. doses and prepare simple ONION, THYME, MANUKA HONEY SYRUP.
It takes few minutes to slice small red onion. Place in the clean jar then add some thyme and few cloves and couple of lemon slices. Top with enough Manuka honey to cover ingredients. Leave for 4-24 hours to infuse in cool place. Adults can take 1-2 teaspoons from 3-6 times a day. I do not recommend this syrup for small children and people with allergies. Children always need doctor advice!
