International Women’s Day and weekend are great occasion to share with you my best wishes and tips how to keep our natural beauty all year long. ♥️
Many of us have a busy life shared between job, home, family without a time to stop for a minute to look after ourselves. Thinking about the others, we seem to forget that others wish to see us happy and beautiful. ♥️
We can change it in a simple steps implementing new habits. It doesn’t cost a lot, but can make a visible changes.
Step 1. Book some time just for yourself. My favourite time is late evening, or early morning.
Step 2. Find a hobby. All activities help to clear your mind and relax.
Step 3. Be fit. Book a fitness classes, go for walk, do some exercises at home.
Step 4. Eat properly. Skip processed food. Keep balanced diet. Apply 80% rule diet.
Step 5. Get rid of toxic influence which consume your time and energy through constant negativity.
