Good morning! Happy Friday!:) I hope you are all in a good health.
Today is my day off…good time to do the house works and of course relax after! My idea is a “pamper evening”!
Today I would like to share with you my experience and outline the secrets of best natural skin care and natural beauty tips to keep your skin healthy and glowing.
As you know I am 47 years old woman and I do care about my health. I wish to enjoy my retirement with my future grandchildren!:) Our lifestyle, daily habits, food, exercising would help us to achieve that. Also good look would be beneficial, especially when you go out with grandchildren and people see you as “yummy granny”! Hahaha…
Aging can be beautiful as well, but we need to put some effort to achieve that…Your skin reveals your lifestyle choices much more than might you think. In fact, lack of sleep, poor diet, and a sedentary lifestyle can all show up on your face. And not in a good way! I’m not saying you can never enjoy another sweet indulgence, but better choices is your clean food diet and getting more sleep will keep your skin glowing and healthy. Also moderate physical activity increases blood flow and replenishes your cells with nutrients. Plus, it makes you feel great! Just be sure you put on a good sunblock if you head out for a walk or a run to avoid sun damage while outside!
Natural Skincare Beauty Tips :
Keep yourself hydrated: Drink plenty of water every day. It will flush out toxins from your body which are bad for your skin. Moreover your skin will be kept naturally hydrated. An ancient time natural organic skin care beauty tip.
Exercising: Exercise daily till you start sweating. It opens up your skin pors and the toxins escape from your skin. An ancient time organic skincare tip.
Moisturiser: Use a good moisturiser every day, especially on the facial area to make your skin look healthy and glowing. An effective natural beauty tip, especially useful if you are prone to dry skin. I use BB cream D’Escargot SPF25 with snail secretion filtrate (mucin) that hydrates and protects skin.
Rinse off and cleanse your face before the bed-time to remove make-up and dirt from your face. Otherwise your skin will remain clogged up for long hours while you are sleeping. Your skin also needs breathing time. Sleeping with make-up on your face can cause acne and zits. Avoid stress and have adequate sleep.
Eat healthy natural food: This will provide you the required vitamins and minerals that are good for your skin. Have moderate spicy and fried food.
Exfoliate once in a week: Use a facial exfoliation product that suits your skin type. The exfoliation will get you rid of dead skin cells that are clogging up on the top layer of your skin and bring the hidden more youthful skin to the top.
Use Oils for Your Skin. Despite what their name might imply, oils won’t leave your body and face oily! They have natural ability to hydrate and nourish a variety of skin types.
What it is: Found in, you guessed it, coconuts, this sweet-smelling, edible oil is used in everything from skin care to smoothie recipes. Made by pressing the fat from coconut meat, this oil has gained considerable popularity in recent years due to its therapeutic properties.
Why it works: full of vitamin E, it can be used as a traditional moisturizer. Because it is full of fatty acids, coconut oil acts as a sort of barrier on the skin, keeping moisture locked in. It’s naturally antibacterial and antifungal, helping to protect skin and hair.
What it is: Extracted from nuts of the Moroccan argan tree, this oil is a soothing and powerful moisturizer for all skin types.
Why it works: This nourishing oil can be used daily under makeup or at night for a more restorative skin conditioning treatment. It’s also suitable for use on dry hair and nails.
What it is: This powerful skin nourisher is one of the top antiaging oils. It’s extracted via a cold-press method from the seeds of a specific rose variety, predominantly grown in Chile.
Why it works: This oil is rich in essential fatty acids and contains vitamins E, C, D, and beta carotene. Chock-full of goodness, it helps to protect and hydrate skin, fight free radical damage, and reduce wrinkles. But that’s not all! The vitamins and antioxidants rejuvenate the skin to restore elasticity, help to correct dark spots, and reduce the appearance of scars.
What it is: Harvested from the nut of the African marula fruit, this oil is bound to be the next big thing due to its versatility, light texture, and beautifying benefits. Thanks to its health properties, the oil can reduce not only dryness, but also irritation and inflammation.
Why it works: It is rich in fatty acids and is purported to contain 60% more antioxidants than most other oils, meaning it packs a powerful punch against aging and sun damage. The oil also has antimicrobial properties, making it ideal for irritated or acne-prone skin.
What it is: Extracted from plants indigenous to North America, it is used for everything from acne to psoriasis to sunburn. But it isn’t really an oil at all, but a botanical extract actually comprised of liquid wax esters. This is important because out of all compounds found in nature, jojoba oil is structurally and chemically the most similar to human sebum, meaning it mimics the structure of the skin.
Why it works: Jojoba oil is similar to our skin’s structure, it can replicate or dissolve oil, depending if your skin over–produces or under–produces. Thus, it can help balance out sebum production and eliminate acne. Comprised of beneficial minerals and nutrients, jojoba oil also works as an emollient to soothe skin and provide all-day moisture.
These oils absorb into the skin quickly, providing instant moisture with a finish that isn’t greasy. As a huge plus, these high-quality natural remedies are extremely budget-friendly compared to many skin chemical products on the market.
My another ‘best friend’ is collagen. As the most abundant protein in the body, it is available in your muscles, skin, blood, bones, cartilage, and ligaments. You may want to consider squeezing in an extra serving of this vital protein for several reasons, as collagen is a building block that: promotes skin elasticity, holds together your bones and muscles, protects your organs, provides structure to joints and tendons.
The good news is that your body produces collagen on a regular basis. It does slow down with age. Other lifestyle habits that can bring collagen production to a screeching halt include smoking, sun exposure, and an unhealthy diet. Some health conditions may also deplete your collagen storage. And without this important building block, you may start to see wrinkles and sagging skin, or even experience joint pain.
So… it’s time to do what needs to be done and relax after! ….Have a lovely weekend everyone!:)
