In our everyday routine we only eat fruits and vegetables we like, considering the taste not the nutrients. Today I would like to share with you some recipes for very powerful and tasty juices, easy to make at home (5min). You do not need to spend a fortune buying them in the shop as they are nutrients less anyway . You can only invest in buying a good quality fresh fruits, vegetables and juicer.
Powerful Juices Recipes:
Anti-Inflammatory Juice.

This juice is packed with anti-inflammatory food like Vit. K, A, C, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc, that leave you feeling great. By reducing inflammation, your body is better able to heal from disease.
Juice Ingredients:
4 celery stalks
½ cucumber
1 cup pineapple
½ green apple
1 cup spinach
1 lemon
1 knob ginger
Beet and Blueberry Liver Cleanse Juice.

This belly buster juice is loaded with citrus fruits, including their skins. Normally, I peel my citrus before juicing because the essential oils in the skin can make the juice bitter. In this case, we’re going to keep the skin due to the high amounts of hesperidin and diosmin. Hesperidin and diosmin are bioflavinoids found in citrus fruits like lemons and oranges. These bioflavinoids support: healthy cholesterol levels, active metabolic function, healthy veins, immune system function, fat metabolism.
Juice Ingredients:
3 medium green apples
1 large cucumber ( with a skin)
1 large lemon, including skin
1 lime, including skin
3 small mandarins, including skin
1 head romaine lettuce
Cellulite and Fat Killer Juice

Juice Ingredients:
500g carrots fresh and tender
1inch ginger fresh
Lemon juice as needed
Make sure that you drink your juices freshly made. Nutrients are most available within hours of juicing, after they will be lost due to oxidization.
