Cacao Hot Goodness

Happy New Year! πŸ’ I hope everyone has got good start! Cold days ahead, but Blue Monday is over!😁 Have you noticed any mood changes? Many people have! Our energy level is going down, but there is delicious remedy for that. Cacao hot drink!πŸ‘ŒMany of you know the taste, but how many of you know the benefits from drinking cacao every day, especially before bedtime? Today I wish to share with you some healthy benefits cacao can bring to your body. Did you know that cacao is considered as a superfood! It is the highest source of magnesium. It is full of antioxidants, calcium, zinc, copper and selenium! It is a good source of iron and potassium. If you feel tired at the end of your day and need good sleep, make a cup of hot cacao drink based on coconut milk, pinch of vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. Its good for your heart and brain as well! Use 250ml of coconut milk. Mix 1tsp of raw cacao with 50ml of cold milk. Warm up outstanding amount of coconut milk with vanilla, cardamom and pinch of cinnamon, add cacao mix. Stir and enjoy warm. Do not boil! I add 1tsp of honey! Drink it hot and enjoy pure goodness!😁
